WHY—Now more than ever, healthcare workers and their families need support. Through sharing stories, healthcare workers have the power to build unity, increase empathy and raise awareness on the COVID-19 crisis.
WHAT—Healthcare Heroes Project is a storytelling platform for frontline healthcare workers risking it all each day in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. Here, they share stories, memories, thoughts and experiences during a global pandemic—the good, the bad, the thoughtful and the sad.
HOW—Healthcare Heroes Project shares stories as they are received. Anyone working in the healthcare field around the world is welcome to share their story. In particular, we would like to hear from nurses, physicians, first responders, therapists, custodians, residents and others.
